Back to normal is not enough

Even before the pandemic, there was a huge gap between DC’s largely white, wealthier residents and the disproportionately Black and brown residents struggling to get by. By building a tax code for the rest of us, we can tackle inequality and ensure everyone can share in DC’s prosperity.
